The next Night at the Museum is almost here!!
Why not join us on Wednesday 28th May to find out more about Cramond Kirk and Village – a Post-Industrial Landscape. The speaker is Adam Cumming and the evening starts at 7.00pm sharp in the Museum.
Tickets, available in the museum, include wine and canapes and cost £8.00 or £6.00 for Museum Friends.
A visit to the Museum in the historic Corn Exchange will open up the rich history of the town once visited by Kings, conquerors, poets and famous politicians.
The Museum is run totally by volunteers and in the year 2018/19 we had over 1,500 visitors. These visitors included local residents both young and older, school groups and brave individuals who came out at night to experience a Dark and Deadly Dalkeith Walking Tour®
Our income comes from book sales and ticketed activities such as the Walking Tours and book presentations but we would like to do more.
If you would like to support the work of the Museum why not become a Friend. As a Friend you could enjoy these activities at a special discounted rate, receive regular communications about Museum events and have the opportunity, if wished, to help volunteers with specific projects.
Friends Membership is £10 per year and this will go directly towards funding Museum activities.
